The "right abutment" has dirt between it and an additional
abutment, this one facing US 30, which you can somewhat see in the distance, on
the other side of the river. We'll refer to this abutment from now on as the
"far" abutment.

6 additional abutments between these 2, believe it or not. I hope to have pics of the bridge before it was torn down on the site soon!
